Best for one focused conversation around a current decision, pattern, question, or area of stress.


Steady Rhythm
4 sessions | $600

Best for short-term support, early pattern recognition, and a few practical next steps.


Extended Continuity
12 sessions | $1,800

Best for ongoing support through broader patterns, layered stress, transition, or longer-term integration. Space for patterns to emerge and settle.
