A Discovery Session is the first step for anyone considering coaching at Discover Wellness.

It is a free 30 to 45 minute virtual conversation to explore fit, answer questions, and talk through what kind of support may make sense.

There is no obligation to continue.

We may talk through what is bringing you here, what feels most important right now, and whether wellness coaching is the right kind of support for this season.

The goal is not to cover everything.

It is to understand whether this is a good fit.

Before We Meet

After scheduling, you will receive a short orientation form.

The form is meant to gently orient our conversation. It is not an assessment or assignment.

You do not need a polished explanation, clear goal, or complete story before we meet.

After the Session

If continuing feels supportive, we can talk through the coaching option and rhythm that best fits your current needs.

If another kind of support would better serve you, that can be named with care.
